Julie Hayward specializes in the resale of residential properties in the distressed and luxury markets. She has extensive experience in working directly with buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of their properties. Additionally, she works closely with asset managers, sellers, and foreclosure defense attorneys for single and multi-family properties placed in foreclosures. She has closed over $315 million in commercial and residential transactions over the course of her career and has negotiation experience in working with lenders such as Fannie Mae, Bank of America, CitiMortgage, Wells Fargo, HUD, and Chase, among others and is a certified specialist in REO and bank owned properties.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Illinois State University and completed Harvard Business School's Management Certificate Program.  She has been featured in Top Agent Magazine & accolades include: Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society, 7 Star Certificate of Excellence Broker Agent Advisor, Keller Williams Top 10% Agent, Top 3% of agents at the Mainstreet Realtors out of 19,000 agents and author of "Opportunity Knocks: What You Need to Know About Buying & Selling Real Estate" sold on Amazon.
